Real Estate Related Legal Services I have guided many clients through real estate sales, acquisitions, financing and development. Several commercial clients have developed warehousing and self-storage facilities and I have guided the client through the local planning process from the idea stage through approval and construction. As an approved title insurance attorney for thirteen years, I have handled acquisitions of commercial rental properties as well as residential rental properties. Lease reviews, and drafting and negotiation or agreements on behalf of a client often accompany these activities. As a member of a local planning commission, I have seen the planning process from the local government perspective.
